Intermediate Machine Triceps
How to do it
- Sit on the triceps press machine and adjust the seat height so that your upper arms rest comfortably on the pad. Grasp the handles with your palms facing down or inward depending on the machine. This will be your starting position.
- As you exhale, push the handles downward by extending your arms, contracting your triceps. Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
- Continue the movement until your arms are fully extended. Hold the contracted position for a second and squeeze the triceps.
- Slowly return the handles to the starting position as you breathe in, controlling the weight on the way up.
- Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
