One-Arm Kettlebell Swings
Intermediate Kettlebells Hamstrings
How to do it
- Place a kettlebell between your feet. Bend your knees slightly and push your hips back to grab the kettlebell with one hand. This will be your starting position.
- In a fluid motion, drive through your hips and swing the kettlebell forward and up to shoulder height. Let the weight swing back between your legs as you bend your hips back. Tip: Keep your arm relaxed; the power for this movement comes from the hips, not the arm.
- Continue the swinging motion for the recommended amount of repetitions.
- Switch arms and repeat.
