Intermediate Machine Chest
How to do it
- Sit on the pec fly machine with your back flat against the pad. Adjust the seat height so that the handles are at chest level.
- Grasp the handles with your palms facing forward and your elbows slightly bent. This will be your starting position.
- As you breathe out, slowly bring the handles together in front of your chest by squeezing your pectoral muscles. Keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
- Hold the contracted position for a second as you squeeze your chest muscles together.
- As you breathe in, slowly return the handles back to the starting position in a controlled manner, feeling a stretch across your chest.
- Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
